• SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant

    Job Description

    An employer in the Clear Lake, TX area is looking to hire an SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant within their Digital Manufacturing team. This international company is currently going through a geographical S4/HANA implementation, and this person will be responsible for providing functional knowledge to the manufacturing field regarding Production Planning and Quality Management modules. The consultant will conduct and provide training to the operators, as well as provide ongoing support to the users, troubleshoot system issues, and perform enhancements and optimizations. This person must have excellent communication skills and sound SAP knowledge. This position is slated to be a 3-6 month contract with possible extensions, and is onsite 5 days / week. Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers an hourly pay rate of $55-65/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant

     

    5+ years of experience focused in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules

     

    Experience in S4/HANA migrations, specifically within go-live stage

     

    Understanding of quality management processes and best practices

     

    Experience providing ongoing support to SAP PP QM users, troubleshoot system issues, and perform system enhancements and optimizations

     

    Experience developing and conducting training programs for end users on SAP QM functionality

     

    Experience working on Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notification, Quality Control, Quality Certificates, Quality Reports & Batch Management Processes Experience in medical device manufacturing industry null
