Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program’s pricing benefits. Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
What you will do in this role includes:
+ Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.
+ Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.
+ Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
+ Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue.
+ Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program.
+ Utilizing data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan, vendor spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
What qualifications you will need:
+ High School Graduate/Equivalent - Required
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare, particularly healthcare group purchasing - Preferred
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in Medical product knowledge - Preferred
+ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
