Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a REMOTE Business Project Manager for a Fiduciary Trust firm in Hyderabad, India. This person will be responsible for supporting product roadmap development and modifications, oversee release planning, and stakeholder management on the business side for a Fiduciary trust firm. This PM must have a strong understanding of how Jira works from an organization standpoint, not necessarily someone who can program. Will be working with the scrum master team and product owner to examine the product roadmap, identify gaps, and understand what is/needs to be done to enhance these products in the digital transformation. Will oversee release planning and execution and coordinate with business stakeholders around the impact of release. Financial industry background is required.

Skills and Requirements

4-5+ years of Business PM experience in Agile environment

Has managed projects through JIRA and can speak to agile methodologies from a project management perspective

Experience managing (from the business side, not technical) strategic projects in Agile

Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience

Strong project planning and product road map development experience

Extensive experience with release planning and owning this as the business PM

Experience working with business stakeholders (internal and external); ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
