    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Controller for our manufacturing client in Davenport Iowa. The position will be onsite 5 days a week at their plant. The Davenport Assistant Controller is responsible for compliance, FP&A, location accounting activities, and driving business partnering across the plant. The position will provide leadership and oversight for all three of the satellite manufacturing areas within the Finance Team.

    Skills and Requirements

    * Bachelors degree in Business with concentration in Accounting or Finance

    * 7+ years of experience in a finance/accounting role

    * Manufacturing environment experience working with audits on the plant floor, inventory, missing parts/item count, inventory reductions, forecast improvement, cost reductions * MBA in Accounting or Finance

    * Lead/Leadership experience supervising or supporting various roles within accounting/finance departments

    * Cost accounting experience

    * Experience with querying databases null
