Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote Telecommunication Project Manager I to join our telecommunication client's team. This individual will assist senior-level Project Managers in coordinating daily activities for rural fiber projects. Responsibilities include managing logistics for remote site deployments, such as shipping, travel, lodging, and material deliveries. The role involves supporting procurement processes by tracking purchase orders, vendor deliveries, and inventory management. Additionally, maintaining action item logs, project schedules, and risk registers is essential.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain action item logs, project schedules, and risk registers.
Take accurate and detailed meeting minutes, distribute summaries, and follow up on outstanding action items.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and field operations teams to facilitate project execution.
Communicate with external vendors, contractors, and community stakeholders to support project timelines.
Help prepare project documentation including status reports, change requests, and progress updates.
Assist with project budgeting and invoice tracking under the direction of senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and client requirements.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, industrial management, engineering, or related field
1-4 years of experience as project manager or project coordinator
Experience developing project budgets and schedules, outside plant engineering, or construction management Certified Associate PM (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Logistics and procurement experience
Experience in the telecommunications industry null
