• Director - Solution Architecture

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Director of Solution Architecture to join one of their top financial clients in New York City. This individual will be joining the Global Commercial Services Technology organization and will be responsible for leading a small team of solutions architects and driving all solution management for multiple technology initiatives across the enterprise. This person will support some of the most complex and largest scale initiatives across the organization, most being revenue generating to the commercial space, with some more focused on internal compliance. This individual should come from a hands on, technical background with a strong understanding of application development, API architecture and big data. They should have evolved into a Solutions based thinker with a focus on agile product design, development and delivery. They will work closely with multiple business units, as well as product teams, so communication will be key. We are seeking someone who has recently transitioned into leadership, and while can contribute hands on, should be able to work at a higher level with various stakeholders and leaders to define strategy and roadmaps, and drive change across the organization.

     

    Starting salary begins at $170K.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -5+ years experience as a Solutions Architect should have an established background of product strategy, development, and delivery

     

    -3+ years of recent leadership or management experience within solution architecture

     

    -Technical background in software development full stack preferred

     

    -Strong understanding of Data and API development and functionality

    -Ability to work cross functionally with Product, Technology and Business teams on multiple initiatives at once null
