    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Feature Lead for one of our top financial services clients. This individual will be joining a Regulatory Reporting team within the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology space. This role is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team as they deliver data technology solutions. This candidate is responsible for developing solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices. They must ensure the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes. The candidate must be fluent with financial data, navigating databases, understanding data flows across systems, data lineage, aggregations and reporting. This role is 3 days hybrid in uptown Charlotte, NC.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years of experience in a technical environment as both a developer and/or analyst

     

    o Minimum end-to-end Execution of 3+ projects

     

    Technical Lead Experience

     

    Regulatory Reporting experience in banking/ finance industry

     

    ETL experience (Informatica or Hadoop preferred)

     

    Oracle Database Experience

    Must have excellent written and verbal communication, as well as professionalism Axiom experience null
