    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Operations Specialist for Environmental Services supports operational efficiency by analyzing data, generating custom and standard reports, and assisting in the delivery of business solutions. This position plays a key role in supporting the EVS corporate support services team in understanding and utilizing operational data, with a focus on standardizing initiatives and promoting cost savings and performance improvements across Support Services.​

    What you will do in this role:

    + ​Assist in creating and maintaining custom reports for EVS operations at the facility, division, group, and corporate levels.

    + ​Provide data analysis to support operational decisions for EVS operations.

    + ​Contribute to corporate reporting and presentations, including MORs, leadership updates, and guidance documents.

    + ​Collaborate with the analytics team to help streamline routine reporting needs.

    + ​Assist the EVS corporate team by preparing data and supporting presentation development.

    + ​Analyze data to support operational and expense improvement opportunities.

    + ​Support in identifying trends and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

    + ​Assist with policy, process, and procedure documentation related to EVS initiatives.

    + ​Support multidisciplinary project teams as a contributor across various operational functions.

    + ​Serve as a user of standard Environmental Services (EVS) software systems.

    + ​Help ensure customer needs are met by contributing ideas for improvement and supporting stakeholder engagement.

    + ​Maintain working relationships with EVS teams and analytics stakeholders.

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    + Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.”​

    What qualifications you will need:

    + Bachelor’s degree, preferred

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), required

    + Minimum of 3 years of operational experience in a hospitality or service-related environment required. Required

    + Travel Occasional/ Intermittent Required
