Are you up for the challenge?
Key job responsibilities
• Drive the comprehensive Responsible AI product vision and strategy for AI-powered features across voice, vision, and trust domains
• Develop and execute ambitious RAI roadmaps with clear KPIs, delivering measurable customer and business value
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish and implement RAI governance frameworks, working closely with legal, policy, and privacy teams
• Partner with engineering and science teams to architect scalable RAI solutions and technical safeguards that protect customer privacy while advancing innovation
• Shape the development of multimodal AI experiences that balance technological advancement with RAI considerations and user trust
• Define and implement processes for risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation throughout the product lifecycle
• Drive organizational alignment on RAI practices through senior leadership engagement and mentorship of product teams
• Establish metrics and success criteria for measuring RAI impact across products and services
• Guide the implementation of fairness, accountability, and transparency principles in AI systems
• Stay at the forefront of RAI developments, contributing to industry standards while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
