Average salary plus benefits of $68,000, and with no cap on commissions, experienced installers can earn up to $110,000+ annually.

    Responsibilities

    + Providing quality automotive window film installation per Eastman’s best practices

    + Developing expertise in installation and leveraging CORE software / pattern database to complete more jobs in less time without sacrificing quality

    + Engaging with key dealership personnel to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction

    + Assisting with on-the-job training for new installers as needed

    + Collaborating with supervisors and training team to develop better training methods and processes

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma is required

    + Ability to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders

    + Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer needs

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
