Stark Tech is actively looking for a Programming Manager in Brick Township, NJ!

How do you excel in this position

We are seeking a dynamic leader to guide and develop a team of programmers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. In this role, you will provide mentorship, set clear expectations, and drive performance through coaching, goal setting, and disciplined execution. You will oversee project planning and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while optimizing workflows and resources. As a key advocate for Stark, you will support recruiting efforts, enforce company policies, and stay ahead of industry advancements to enhance innovation. Additionally, you will implement quality control measures, establish programming and graphics standards, and serve as a technical expert to support sales and cross-functional collaboration.

What are we looking for

+ 7-10 years experience programming, previous management experience is a requirement.

+ Associate degree in Computer Science or other related degree.

+ Demonstrated knowledge of programming experience.

+ Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

+ Can multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

+ Strong computer skills.

+ Must be authorized to work in US.

Additional skills preferred but not required

+ 7-10 years of Programming management.

+ Bachelor's preferred.
