    Job Summary

We are looking to add an Advanced Practice Clinician to our Infectious Disease office.

     

    Core Job Responsibilities

     

    + Office Based

    + Provide HIV and ID follow ups

    + Experience with ID and HIV preferred

    + Monday – Friday Office Schedule

    + Must be BE/BC with NYS License

     

    Education/Experience Requirements

    REQUIRED:

    + Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program OR certification from an accredited NP program OR completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program required.

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.

    + Ability to meet and maintain credentialing requirements and hospital priviledges.

    + Knowledge and competency in a wide range of clinical areas.

    + Familiar with EHR/EMR software.

     

    Licensure/Certification Requirements

    REQUIRED:

    + Current NYS Nurse Practitioner licenses OR Current NYS license as a Physician Assistant with prescription privileges.

    + Current BCLS, ACLS certifications.

    PREFERRED:

    + Active ANCC certification in relevant specialty
