Responsibilities Job Summary The primary focus of this position is to serve as the communications lead for HonorHealth Foundation including all fundraising and stewardship activities, as well as all Foundation sponsored special events. This position is responsible for: developing and implementing a comprehensive communications and stewardship plan; the recruitment, growth and mentoring of the Communications/Stewardship division; serving as a member of the Foundation's Senior Executive team; managing and maintaining all internal and external communications, social media and community relations efforts; the growth and development of the Champions Plus and Physician Partners in Philanthropy programs. In addition, this position serves as the Foundation representative to the HonorHealth Marketing and Public Relations and HonorHealth service line marketing meetings, and manages all Marketing responsibilities for the Foundation. Collaborates with patient and community service areas across the HonorHealth system to represent the Foundation to a variety of audiences. This position will manage information ethically, accurately, and confidentially, and must be personable, articulate, and diplomatic. Serves as a member of the Foundation’s Senior Executive team and is responsible for developing the annual strategic plan for the Foundation. Responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive Communications plan which aligns with the Foundation’s Strategic Plan. Manages all communications activities internally and externally in a variety of platforms and integrating a broad range of communications, public relations, social/digital, and content marketing activities in support of HonorHealth Foundation’s mission and vision. Oversees the development and implementation of an engaging Stewardship plan with the focus on creating world-class donor experiences. This includes donor events, acknowledgment letters, the Circle of Distinction program, etc. In addition, provides leadership support and guidance to the Champions Plus and Physician Partners in Philanthropy programs. Reviews all graphic designs and content for foundation pieces, and creates collateral material (i.e. invitations, brochures, and other pieces), as needed. Serves as executive and events scriptwriter. Maintains technical and professional expertise through ongoing education, growth and development. Assists in developing department budgets regarding donor or physician communications. Monitors spending on an on-going basis to meet objectives within budget limits. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related fields. Required Experience 5 years Communications/Marketing or related non-profit experience Required
