    Automation Test Lead

    Required Qualifications:

    • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent

    • Lead with 12+ years of experience to join our team

    • Experience in Java, Selenium

    • Practiced lean methodologies, like Scrum, Kanban or XP

    • Experience with BDD frameworks such as JBEHAVE/CUCUMBER

    • Experience in building and customizing automation frameworks

    • API development fundamentals - HTTP, REST principles

    • GIT experience

    Roles/Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.

    • Oversee the automation of test scripts using tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, and TestNG.

    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and performance.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.

    • Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment to streamline the testing process.

    • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and JavaScript.

    • Conduct thorough testing of PL/SQL scripts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
