Overview
Assemble payroll packages for delivery and performs other fulfillment-related tasks. Assume a leadership and mentoring role for Fulfillment Specialists and acts as a subject matter expert of fulfillment. Acts as the backup to the Quality Process Supervisor, as needed. A minimum Fulfillment Center size servicing 3,500 clients or a location without a QPS is preferred to implement this position.
Responsibilities
+ Supports Taxpay, HRS Fulfillment, Payroll Processing and Insertion through the daily responsibilities of: training/mentoring Print and Fulfillment Center Specialists and Print and Fulfillment Center operators; facilitating daily work status meetings; resolving escalated issues; creating task assignments to ensure operations run smoothly, meeting the department’s standards and goals.
+ Monitors and distributes workload amongst the team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
+ Schedules incoming requests and static work load for the center in order to maintain adherence to business unit service level agreements.
+ Provides problem analysis, research and resolution to our Paychex partners and external clients to ensure escalated issues are handled properly and timely.
+ Identifies training, documentation and system enhancement needs to ensure work is done correctly in an effective and efficient manner. Brings any issues to the attention of a supervisor.
+ Tracks and reports statistics (such as processing volumes, audit controls, processing times, etc.) to the leadership team to help them evaluate the overall centers metrics.
+ Participates in projects and departmental initiatives to communicate and properly advocate for the team’s needs.
+ Performs system/user acceptance testing for Daily Payment and Taxpay Agency processes to certify system operability.
+ Stands in for supervisor as needed. Consults with HRS departments, managers and vendors to analyze equipment requirements for current and future production needs.
+ Addresses escalated issues and bring to the attention of a supervisor when necessary to ensure issues are addressed in a proper and timely manner.

Qualifications
+ H.S. Diploma - Required
+ 4 years of experience in Related field.
+ Monday-Friday - 10:30AM-7:30PM
+ $20.00 an hour
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $19.41-$30.50 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
