    Maintenance Mechanic Chief-Full Time- 12 months

    Approximate work hours:

    6:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday-Friday

     

    Summer hours - Monday -Thursday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

    Job Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: a.) Graduation from high school or vocational school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and five (5) years of experience in the building or service trades, one (1) year of which was in a supervising capacity; OR b.) Nine (9) years of experience in the building or service trades, one (1) year of which was in a supervisory capacity; OR c.) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B).

     

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid class D New York State driver’s license at the time of appointment.

     

    Note: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full- time experience requirements.
