    Griswold Home Care, a national non-medical home care agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated On-Call CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or experienced caregiver for Boulder County and the Broomfield Area. This position is within the homecare industry, and the individual hired will be responsible for providing quality in-home care services to clients in Boulder County, Colorado. The On-Call CNA will work within the Boulder County and Broomfield areas Saturday through Monday.    Compensation & Benefits:  The On-Call CNA will receive a flat rate of compensation when not dispatched to serve clients and a competitive hourly rate when working with clients.    Responsibilities:  * Provides compassionate and professional in-home care services to clients in the Boulder County areas  * Responds promptly to office calls and attends to needed within a reasonable time * Assists with activities of daily living, including personal care, ambulation, and household tasks  * Monitors and documents client's status and reports any changes to the designated supervisor  * Communicates effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals  * Adheres to all policies, procedures, and protocols established by Griswold Home Care  * Adapts to different working environments and client needs as assigned  * Follows infection control, safety, and emergency protocols at all times    Requirements: * Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA or equivalent, preferably in a home care or assisted living setting  * Ability to pass a comprehensive background check  * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks  * Must be available to work on the weekends  * Must be at least 18 years old    Benefits:  * Weekly Pay – Direct Deposit  * Medical Benefits with United Healthcare – available to all full-time caregivers after 90 days of employment  * 401K program with 5% employer match – available to all employees 6 months after start of employment  * Paid sick time on an accrual basis  * Referral bonus up to $50 for each referral  * Attendance bonus up to $100 each month  * TapCheck for early paycheck access in case of emergencies!  * Opportunity to become a CNA   * Access to scholarships through the Jean Griswold Foundation  * Additional caregiver resources to be touched on in orientation!    EEOC Statement:  Griswold Home Care is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
