• Contract and Billing Analyst

    As a Contract and Billing Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing contracts and SaaS billing processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure accurate and timely billing and compliance with contract terms. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining strong customer relationships.

     

    You will report directly to our Billing Manager, and you'll work out of our Salem, Oregon location on a hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the company by ensuring accurate and timely billing, identifying billing discrepancies, and resolving billing issues. You will also play a key role in contract management, including reviewing and analyzing contract terms, ensuring compliance, and providing support in contract negotiations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyze and review contracts to ensure billing is executed in compliance with terms and conditions

    • Manage billing processes, including generating invoices and resolving billing discrepancies

    • Address customer inquiries and disputes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract and billing issues

    • Provide support in contract negotiations and contract management

    • Review, assess, and advise leadership regarding billing variances, concessions, and unique arrangements

    • Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 5+ years of experience in contract or SaaS billing, experience with BillingPlatform is a plus

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance, or related field
