    • **Your Role:**

     

    As an **Assessment Scheduling Coordinator** , you’ll be the key player in ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of assessments for individuals receiving OPWDD services. You’ll collaborate with Care Coordination Organizations, manage appointment logistics, and provide essential administrative support.

     

    • **What You’ll Do:**

    •️ Contact Care Coordination Organizations to gather and share important consumer information.

    •️ Schedule and coordinate assessment appointments with accuracy and efficiency.

    •️ Ensure seamless scheduling workflows and assist with last-minute changes.

    •️ Communicate updates to stakeholders, including families and agencies.

    •️ Provide administrative support and maintain detailed records.

    •️ Help individuals access vital services by ensuring smooth scheduling operations!

    • **What We’re Looking For:**

    • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.

    • Strong computer skills (MS Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly.

    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    • A team player with an independent work ethic.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
