    Hybrid | 2 days onsite in Upstate NY (Preference: Syracuse)

     

    Full-Time | Temp Contract

    Description:

    Electric Business Unit as a **Lead Analyst – Process & Performance Reporting** , where you’ll drive continuous improvement by analyzing processes, developing KPIs, and delivering insights that enhance team performance and efficiency. This hybrid role offers 2 in-office days and remote flexibility, with a focus on high-impact projects like streamlining third-party attachment workflows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze, document, and optimize business processes

    + Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and develop performance metrics

    + Create clear reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

    + Present insights to leadership and operational teams

    + Track quality, time, and cost metrics

    + Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    + Proven Lean/Six Sigma expertise (Kaizen, process mapping, digital Kanban)

    + Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    + Experience with Minitab, Visio, SharePoint, and Power Apps

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    Bonus Points:

    + Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

    + Experience in operations or utilities

    **Pay Details:** $46.81 per hour
