About Program Phoenix:
Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of S/4 HANA , PLM Team Center and CRM MS- Dynamics across five releases.
Position Title : SAP Functional Solution Architect - Mfg SAP QM Consultant

Summary of Role:
We are seeking a h ighly skilled and experienced SAP Q M (Quality Management ) and PP (Production Planning ) architect to lead and contribute to the Quality Stream of an end-to-end greenfield S4 HANA Implementation.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Lead the effort to design, build, configure applications and integration of systems acting as a primary point of contact for the Quality team and related SAP Q M / PP modules .
+ Review the functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications related to the Quality /Production processes .
+ Design the Quality enterprise structure and related master data objects such as the plant and material master .
+ Provide thought Leadership, SAP Best Practices and Subject Matter Expertise in the QM & PP areas.
+ Provide direction on the resolution of issues in design of QM/PP E2E processes or technical integration .
+ Guide the project team during all phases of the implementation to ensure successful go-live and upskilling of the GFIT Solution delivery team.
+ Collaborate with enterprise architecture, software partners and business teams to develop the QM/PP Road map during implementation and post go-live.
+ Contribute to the architecture, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance of the QM/PP related systems post go-live.
+ Leverage prior e xperience to actively identify and address risks, issues in the SAP Solution Architecture.
+ Mentor, develop and empower the Quality team focused on the SAP Q M and PP modules .
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications:
+ Overall experience of 7 -1 0 years and Lead Solution Architect in QM/PP role for at least 3 - 4 full life-cycle SAP S4 implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support) .
+ In depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules Quality Management (QM) and Production Planning (PP) including configuration, customization, and integration.
+ Must have strong knowledge on SAP QM related processes and functionality including the QM m aster d ata, quality p lanning, quality i nspection, and results recording. E xposure to the typical QM capabilities such as Defects and Partner determination, Sampling, inspection characteristics, QM Code s/ group s, classification, etc is a must .
+ Must have experience in End-to-End Quality management in SAP QMS including FMEA, Audit, CAPA , Control plans etc.
+ Strong knowledge on the extended QM processes upstream to vendor quality management (including through ARIBA) to the downstream customer quality management are desired .
+ Must have thorough knowledge on Production execution related processes and functionality including PP master data, long and short-term planning, demand Management, MRP, shop floor control with the additional knowledge of special process such as subcontracting, external manufacturing, engineering change management, batch/lot management and make to order scenarios.
+ Good knowledge on the Direct and Indirect Procurement processes , Inventory Management and integration to other processes and modules (such as finance and costing integration) is desired.
+ Some experience in defining processes and solution to integrate with upstream and downstream external manufacturing partners.
+ Implementation experience in the Hi -Tech / Semiconductor or discrete Manufacturing would be an added advantage.
+ Design, implementation experience in one or more of the following areas SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, SAP Signavio , and SAP Plant Maintenance would be advantageous .
+ Demonstrate leadership in general ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis and convince others.
+ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills , ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.
+ Experience in working with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
+ Flexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.
+ Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
Expected Salary Range
$92,500.00 - $167,000.00
