    Adecco is partnering with a local medical company in Plymouth MN to hire an Injection Molding Setup Technician for this Direct Hire Opportunity!

     

    Shift 7:30am to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday

     

    Pay $30.76/hr. This can go higher for the right candidate!

     

    Direct Hire!

    Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment and mold repairs and maintenance, and workflow.

    + Document and report equipment and quality problems as per QMS and associated training.

    + Run molding machines to provide molded components in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met.

    + Inspect parts, documenting the visual and the measurements, at the start of a work order and at periodic intervals during the work order.

    + Set up pre-developed molding processes, hang molds in the molding machine, prepare resin for drying and conveying to the machine, disassemble molds, clean and reassemble.

    + Assist with the mold new or cross qualifications and engineering test runs.

    + Managing raw materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.

    + Generating and maintaining documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility.

    + Coordinate molding machine, dryer and water heater preventative maintenance and repairs.

    + Participate in developing action plans to resolve problems with safety, quality, production and delivery.

    + Support the development of documents including set-up sheets, forms and work instructions.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 3 years’ experience in injection molding, setup, processing and troubleshooting

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Strong organizational, computer, verbal and written communication skills

    + Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in Medical Device manufacturing

    **Pay Details:** $30.76 per hour
