Adecco is searching for a fabricator for a client in the Rochester Hills, MI. The ideal candidate needs to have l **ongevity and 2+ years of fabrication or hand/power tool experience** under their belt. Experience with **cutting or measuring rubber for 2+ years is preferred.** Prior experience in cutting and measuring in construction will also be considered. Job Summary
The candidate will work as a Fabricator, operating various machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal and other materials. They will interpret technical drawings and collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring quality control. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who makes things out of metal using special machines. They need to follow blueprints and work with others to make sure everything is made correctly.
Skill Requirements
+ Must-Have Requirements:
+ Experience with cutting and measuring materials (2+ years)
+ Experience using hand and power tools
+ Strong attention to detail for quality control
+ Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
+ Preferred Requirements:
+ Technical or vocational training in a relevant field
+ Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvementsSkill Education
+ Hand and Power Tools: Equipment used for joining metal parts together through melting.
+ Technical Drawings: Detailed diagrams that represent the design specifications of components or assemblies.
+ Fabrication Equipment: Tools used in the manufacturing process to create products from raw materials.
+ Quality Control: Processes that ensure products meet specified standards before they are finalized.
+ Safety Protocols: Procedures designed to maintain a safe working environment in manufacturing settings.
**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
