Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform a variety of massage techniques based on client needs and preferences.
+ Assess clients' physical conditions and medical histories to develop individualized treatment plans.
+ Maintain accurate client records, including session notes and treatment progress.
+ Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
+ Collaborate with other wellness professionals to support integrated care plans.
+ Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Licensed Massage Therapist in Colorado and one (1) year experience delivering massage therapy services.
+ Active Massage Therapy license through DORA.
+ License Massage Therapist in Colorado and two (2) years' experience delivering massage therapy services.
+ Active Massage Therapy license through DORA.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ CPR and First Aid Certification
+ Previous experience with Club Automation software
Conditions of Employment (all levels):
+ Must possess a current CPR/AED/First Aid certification at time of hire
+ Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Must be willing and able to stand for long periods of time
+ Must be willing and able to kneel/crouch on a consistent basis
+ Occasional travel required to provide massages within a 10-mile radius of the Anschutz Medical Campus
+ Must possess and maintain a current Colorado Driver's license and have a reliable vehicle to be able to transport equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
+ Proficient with a variety of massage techniques and modalities.
+ Knowledge of contraindications and safety precautions related to massage therapy.
+ Understanding of client confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
+ Strong client communication and active listening skills.
+ Ability to adjust pressure based on client needs.
+ Time management .
+ Documentation and record-keep accuracy.
+ Basic computer or software skills for scheduling and charting.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
+ Capacity to maintain physical stamina and perform multiple sessions per day.
+ Flexibility to adapt techniques based on individual client preferences or health conditions.
