    Job Title: Press Operator

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and manage press lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running, and shut-down.

    + Run jobs according to customer, manufacturing, and print specifications as well as standard operating procedures.

    + Accurately complete all required paperwork such as production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports, roll tickets, S.O.C sheets, and others as assigned

    + Understand and uphold product safety protocols.

    + Comply with all 5S and WCM initiatives including cross-training and adapting to work requirements

    + Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a very clean and temperature-controlled facility. The facility contains large printing presses and requires working both independently and as part of a team. The work schedule includes 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Thursday, with the potential for a 4-day work week. The environment includes an adhesive smell throughout the facility.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

     

    Direct placement- benefits day 1

     

    -Review every 60 days for chance at hourly increase

     

    -Stipends and days off per company

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in SHELBYVILLE,KY.
