Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for wiring control panels on a daily basis. This role involves utilizing blueprints and ladder diagrams to effectively assemble panels. You will gather necessary wires and supplies to complete each project and ensure adherence to specific wiring techniques. Additionally, you will assist in the fabrication of electrical cabinets using various hand tools.
Responsibilities

+ Gather necessary wires and supplies for each project.
+ Complete panels according to specified wiring techniques.
+ Assist in the fabrication of electrical cabinets using hand tools.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in wiring, electrical work, and control panel assembly.
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
+ Experience with mechanical assembly and the use of hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ An Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic fields from institutions like Ranken or ITT is preferred.
+ Experience in control panel wiring is preferred.
+ Open to entry-level candidates who can demonstrate working knowledge from educational experiences.

Work Environment
The work environment is recently upgraded to be climate controlled, ensuring comfort throughout shifts. Available shifts include 5:30am-2pm, 2pm-10:30pm, and 3rd shift from 10pm-6:30am. The dress code is casual, with jeans and a dark blue t-shirt required. Blue shirts are available for purchase if needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
