    Job Title: General Labor Production Worker

     

    Shift: 7:00am-5:00pm (Tuesday-Saturday)

     

    Pay: $25/hr

    Job Description

    Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into a variety of physical tasks? As a General Production Worker, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

     

    + From shoveling rock and assisting with equipment repairs to maintaining the cleanliness of work areas, your role is crucial.

    + You'll operate sweepers to keep concrete clean, wash scrubber slabs, and run clinkers for the screening and crushing department.

    + Additionally, you'll grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant, assist clay feed attendants, and maintain cleanliness across all areas.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general production tasks across various departments.

    + Shovel rock and assist with equipment repairs.

    + Retrieve tools and assist with tasks as needed.

    + Run sweepers to maintain concrete cleanliness.

    + Wash scrubber slabs.

    + Operate clinkers for the screening and crushing department.

    + Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant.

    + Assist clay feed attendants in maintaining the clay shed.

    + Ensure cleanliness in all assigned areas.

    + Grease equipment across all production areas.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and general labor.

    + Proficiency with hand tools.

    + Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, stooping, bending, lifting, and walking.

    + Capability to climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet.

    + Ability to lift weights up to 60 pounds.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    + Experience in running equipment is a plus.

    + Ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy).

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
