Overview

Pay Range : $18.00/hr.

Education Requirements

Minimum of High School Graduate or Equivalent

Work Experience

Experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred, but not necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Provide routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting of all interior and exterior building surfaces and furnishings.

+ Regular cleaning and sanitation of areas including restrooms, shower rooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, library, offices, nursey, classrooms, chapel, kitchen, lounges, dining rooms, etc.

+ Regular removal of trash and recyclables.

+ Regular cleaning and sweeping of exterior areas including sidewalks, and paved areas

+ Maintain appropriate inventories of cleaning products, supplies and products such as paper towels, toilet tissue, and soaps throughout the facility.

+ Maintain the appearance of the facilities and grounds including doors, windows, flooring, walls, and furnishings.

+ Maintain records of room cleaning.

+ Work in a cooperative manner with the other on-site managers of the RJKCCC.

+ Attend all scheduled staff meetings.

+ Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

+ Sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or occasional continuous basis.

+ Grasp, push, pull objects such as reference materials, files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead.

+ Ability to load and to change settings, devices, fixtures, on various equipment used in and around an office environment

+ Operate telephone and other electronic communication devices.

+ Operate various other office equipment including personal computers, copiers, fax machines, and scanning equipment.

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.

+ Ability to be creative, original, intuitive, and perceptive.

+ Ability to think logically and critically.

+ Ability to envision a project from beginning to end.

+ Ability to solve complex problems, make appropriate judgments and decisions
