    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Project Manager. This role involves working on various phases of design, assembling construction documents, and managing both commercial and residential projects. The candidate will have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and interact directly with clients.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage all phases of architectural design projects.

    + Develop and assemble comprehensive sets of construction documents.

    + Engage with clients to understand and meet their project needs.

    + Mentor and guide junior staff members in their professional development.

    + Utilize Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD for project management and design tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD.

    + Expertise in construction document development and construction administration.

    + Strong project management skills.

    + Ability to interact effectively with clients.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working onsite five days a week at the Beverly, MA location. The work environment is collaborative and welcoming, with daily interactions with upper management and owners. The office is located in a space that was originally the owner's childhood home, fostering a close-knit and supportive atmosphere. This position offers the chance to lead projects and mentor others in a growing company.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
