Job Title: Product Design Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will take customer orders, review designs, troubleshoot issues, and provide factory and manufacturing support. This role involves partnering with assembly on designs and fabrication, creating bill of materials and manufacturing drawings, and passing designs to the project engineering team for submittal creation.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Take customer orders and design pump products using SolidWorks and Creo

+ Review designs and troubleshoot issues

+ Provide factory and manufacturing support

+ Partner with assembly on designs and fabrication

+ Create bill of materials and manufacturing drawings

+ Pass designs to the project engineering team for submittal creation

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

+ EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certificate is desired; PE (Professional Engineer) license is preferred

+ 2-5 years of mechanical engineering and design experience

+ Experience with SolidWorks or Creo

+ Experience with manufacturing/fabrication processes

+ Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

+ Experience with pumps is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
