Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with strong experience in site development, grading, stormwater design, and structural design for renewable energy and land development projects. This position requires proficiency in Civil 3D, PVCase, and structural design software, along with the ability to prepare, review, and manage design deliverables in coordination with other engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of structural elements such as foundations, concrete pads, and support structures commonly used in solar farm and energy-related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and manage site development plans, including grading and stormwater designs.

+ Prepare, review, and coordinate design deliverables with other engineering teams.

+ Utilize Civil 3D, PVCase, and structural design software for project execution.

+ Ensure accuracy and compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

+ Collaborate on renewable energy and land development projects, focusing on utility-scale solar PV and energy storage.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

+ PE or EIT certification (or progress toward PE).

+ 5+ years of experience in civil site design and structural detailing.

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including grading, alignments, profiles, corridors, feature lines, surface modeling, and volume calculations.

+ Strong foundation in stormwater, drainage, and access road design.

+ Working knowledge of structural analysis software.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with PV-Case is a plus.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
