    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Press Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in operating press machines, ensuring high-quality production in a manufacturing environment. This role offers opportunities for advancement and skill development.

    Responsibilities

    + Help operate the press machine without needing to set up the equipment.

    + Load parts, set measurements, and initiate the press process.

    + Prepare finished products and place them on pallets for shipping.

    + Track and organize work orders using paper documentation.

    + Inspect parts for quality assurance.

    + Utilize forklift skills to drive the pull truck or 'carpet puller'.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of manufacturing and machine operating experience.

    + Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.

    + Strong attention to detail and quality checks.

    + Mechanically inclined with experience in assembly and machine operation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Printing experience is desired but not required.

    + Experience with color matching and tape measure skills.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
