Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector responsible for performing day-to-day first part and lot inspection of products. The ideal candidate will utilize various inspection tools to ensure the highest standards of quality are met. You will read and interpret customer engineering documents and work orders to determine requirements, complete First Article Inspection Reports, and support production personnel with inspection issues.
Responsibilities
+ Perform day-to-day first part and lot inspection of products using tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, plug and thread gauges, digital comparator, and FARO Arm with Verisurf software.
+ Read and interpret customer engineering documents (drawings, part lists, OPSS) and work orders to determine product requirements.
+ Complete First Article Inspection Reports accurately and timely.
+ Support production personnel with inspection-related issues.
+ Dispositions Reject tags using an ERP system for nonconforming products.
+ Document inspections in the daily catch log.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, plug and thread gauges, digital comparator, and FARO Arm with Verisurf software.
+ Ability to accurately interpret customer engineering documents and specifications.
+ Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports.
+ Previous inspection experience in a machine shop or machine/fabricated components manufacturing facility.
+ Strong organization and record-keeping skills.
+ Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate inspections in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.
