Job Title: Press Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Press Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, particularly in printing, labeling, or lamination. This role requires flexibility to work either 1st or 3rd shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. As a Press Assistant, you may be required to step in as the main operator when needed.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in the operation of press machinery, ensuring efficient and accurate production.

+ Support the main operator and step in to operate the machine independently when necessary.

+ Handle and manage rolls and printing materials.

+ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure food/liquid safety standards are met.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical aptitude and experience in machine operation.

+ At least 2 years of experience in press operation, particularly in printing or labeling.

+ Strong work history with demonstrated reliability and dedication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to operate machinery independently.

+ Familiarity with equipment such as rolls and printing materials.
