Job Title: Journeyman Carpenter

Are you a skilled Commercial Carpenter looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our team for a dynamic commercial projects in the Denver metro area. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee various phases of construction, ensuring each task is completed to the highest standards.

Job Details:

+ **Pay:** $25-30/hr.

+ **Current Projects Location:** Lone Tree and Aurora, CO

+ They work all over the Denver metro area

+ **Schedule:** Monday - Friday (occasinal Saturday)

+ 6:30/7:00am start time

+ 8-10 hour days.

+ **Scope of Work:** New build commercial projetsts like multi-family, K-12, higher education, and federal government projects

Responsibilities

+ Safety Carpentry: This includes tasks such as installing handrails and ensuring all safety measures are in place.

+ Rough Carpentry: Involves framing, backing, blocking, and other structural tasks

+ Finish Carpentry: Tasks include detailed work such as installing trim, doors, windows, and other finishing touches

+ Punch List: Completing final tasks to ensure the project meets all specifications and standards

+ Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience.

+ Knowledge of all phases of carpentry work.

+ Experience in rough and finish carpentry, mill work, and cabinetry.

+ Must have own tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
