Job Title: Commercial/Industrial Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled plumber to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing pipes and plumbing fixtures in a commercial and industrial environment. Working independently, you will diagnose and troubleshoot any plumbing issues, locate and repair water line leaks, and remove clogs. You will also install and repair commercial and industrial appliances, ensuring that all plumbing and fixtures function properly. Compliance with state laws, regulations, and local building codes is mandatory.

Responsibilities

+ Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures

+ Work independently with minimal supervision

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues

+ Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs

+ Install and/or repair commercial/industrial appliances

+ Test plumbing and other installed fixtures for proper function

+ Follow state laws, regulations, and adhere to local building codes

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in PVC, blueprint interpretation, and installation

+ Experience with cast iron, pipe fitting, and plumbing

+ Knowledge of HVAC and commercial construction

+ Ability to operate independently in a commercial/industrial environment

+ Experience with piping, line jetting, backflow prevention, drain repair, waste and vent line, and supply line

+ Ability to replace fixtures and conduct camera inspections

+ Mechanical and electrical skills

+ Experience with duct work and duct installation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3-5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade

+ Ability to interpret blueprints and site drawings

+ Experience with duct work

+ Electrical skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
