Job Title: Welder

Job Description

Responsible for performing MIG and open table fit-up welds to create cabinets, frames, and other products. Daily tasks include reading blueprints, using quality tools, and working with a variety of materials. You will be required to build products and weld them according to custom blueprints.

Responsibilities

+ Perform MIG and open table fit-up welds.

+ Create cabinets, frames, and other products.

+ Read and interpret blueprints on a daily basis.

+ Use quality tools effectively.

+ Work with various materials to produce desired products.

+ Build products and weld according to custom blueprints.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in MIG welding.

+ 3+ years of experience in open table fit-up.

+ 3+ years of experience using quality tools.

+ 3+ years of experience in blueprint reading.

+ Experience in fabrication, TIG, and flux core welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ TIG welding skills are a plus.

+ Experience in fabrication is a plus.

Work Environment

Work on the 1st shift, rotating between two groups: Monday to Thursday (4 10-hour days) and Tuesday to Friday. The environment is clean, organized, and equipped with new machinery.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richfield, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
