    Job Title: Human Resources AssistantJob Description

     

    We are seeking a diligent and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

    + Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

    + Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.

    + Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and policy documents.

    + Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

    + Coordinate and schedule training sessions, meetings, and HR events.

    + Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

    + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

    + Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

    + Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

    + Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP).

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + High level of discretion and professionalism.

    Work Environment

    This position is in-office, working closely with the controller and the operations manager. It offers a great opportunity for an entry-level graduate to support the leadership team.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
