Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mold Setter who will focus on the proper setup of mold changes and perform entry-level to intermediate processor duties. The position is available for the A shift.
Responsibilities
+ Operate hoists to pull and set molds, comparable to the size of a car.
+ Perform all material handling duties efficiently.
+ Troubleshoot and perform all backside setup duties.
+ Install hot runner cables, set up, and load robot programs.
+ Load and verify processes according to the setup checklist.
+ Ensure cell layout matches the blue book specifications.
+ Complete the setup checklist diligently.
+ Purge new materials in preparation for startup.
+ Perform simple start-ups under the guidance of a Process Technician.
+ Ensure all components and materials from the previous job are removed from the area.
+ Verify housekeeping is completed before press startup.
+ Perform mold changes as instructed by the Shift Manager or Lead.
Essential Skills
+ At least 6 months of experience in plastic injection molding mold setting.
+ Ability to articulate past experience in mold setup, equipment usage, and material handling.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saline, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
