Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and production machines and equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
+ Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
+ Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
+ Maintain electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
+ Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in maintenance technician roles.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair services.
+ Skilled in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
+ Experience with PLC control and troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of industrial maintenance, including 3-phase electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Multicraft technician experience.
+ Electrician certification.
+ Experience with controls, PLCs, and programming.
+ Experience in food and beverage industry, particularly with breading experience.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced industrial setting with 2/2/3 shifts. Available shifts include days from 4 am to 4:30 pm and nights from 4 pm to 4:30 am.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
