Job Title: Medical Assembler
Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Medical Assembler, where your skills will contribute to the assembly of life-saving medical devices. You will be part of a team that operates in a cleanroom environment, using hand tools and microscopes to assemble various medical components. Your ability to quickly learn complex processes and work with precision will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
+ Perform assembly tasks under a microscope with precision.
+ Cross-train at different stations to enhance versatility.
+ Handle and maneuver small components and parts with care.
+ Inspect and ensure the quality of assembled components.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area within the cleanroom environment.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 6 months experience in medical assembly or related manufacturing/assembly roles.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent hand dexterity for precise assembly tasks.
+ Proficiency in understanding measurements with rulers and calipers.
+ Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous medical assembly experience is preferred.
+ Stable work history in other assembly or manufacturing roles.

Work Environment
The work environment is a full cleanroom setting, requiring adherence to specific attire such as hair nets, gowns, booties, and closed-toe shoes. Employees must wash hands before entering the cleanroom and refrain from wearing nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances, henna tattoos, and pants with holes. This meticulous environment ensures the highest standards of hygiene and product quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
