    Job Title: Construction General Laborer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Construction General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up materials.

    + Load and unload construction materials.

    + Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.

    + Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

    + Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

    + Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the site supervisor.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred.

    + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.

    + Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

    + Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

    + Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

    Work Environment

     

    Our construction sites provide a dynamic and hands-on work environment, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment. The role requires a standard dress code of PPE, including a hard hat, safety vest, and steel-toed boots. You will work in various weather conditions and should be prepared for physically demanding tasks.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
