    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled assemblers adept at working with small, precise parts. This role requires using tweezers for assembly, operating machines by placing parts in jigs, aligning them via computer, and executing tasks with precision. Responsibilities also include performing quality checks using microscopes or magnifying glasses. Experience in electronics assembly is preferred. Training may be provided for clean room operations and laser etching machine tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble small, precise parts using tweezers.

    + Operate machines by placing parts in jigs, aligning them on the computer, and initiating operations.

    + Perform quality checks using microscopes or magnifying glasses.

    + Possibly work in a clean room environment.

    + Potentially operate a laser etching machine.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong sense of quality control and assurance.

    + Experience with microscopes, micrometers, or calipers.

    + Proficiency in small parts assembly.

    + Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills.

    + Experience with ERP systems like Epicor.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years of hands-on assembly or quality inspection experience.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    + Good communication skills.

    + Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

    Work Environment

     

    Our facility allows casual attire like jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt. Safety goggles are provided due to laser usage. Steel toe boots are not required. Employees working in the clean room are required to suit up daily. We offer a variety of shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with the possibility of overtime.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr.
