    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a 1st Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment including Fanuc robotics, pneumatic systems, conveyors, hydraulic tables, manual welders, saws, CNCs, powder coating lines, grease bearing machines, roll formers (extruders), motors, torque motors, and light PLC troubleshooting of prox switches, relays, and sensors. The candidate must be comfortable working up to 480v 3-phase and reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment including Fanuc robotics, pneumatic systems, conveyors, hydraulic tables, manual welders, saws, CNCs, powder coating lines, grease bearing machines, roll formers (extruders), motors, and torque motors.

    + Perform light PLC troubleshooting of prox switches, relays, and sensors.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Work with electrical systems up to 480v 3-phase.

    + Operate snow plowing trucks in winter.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Mechanical maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.

    + Electrical troubleshooting experience, including reading schematics, using a multimeter, and troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase.

    + PLC troubleshooting skills, including reading ladder logic and troubleshooting relays, switches, and sensors.

    + Experience working with Fanuc Robots.

    + Valid driver's license.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Robotic programming experience.

    + PLC programming experience.

    + Experience working with powder coating equipment.

    + Industrial certifications or degrees.

    + Bilingual abilities.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
