    We are seeking a Senior Biostatistician to join our team and provide statistical support for observational retrospective research studies and statistical modeling projects. This role involves working on multiple high-impact studies at various stages, from data file preparation and cleaning to analysis. The Senior Biostatistician will align with our mission, vision, and strategic plan while supporting research projects. Additionally, this position includes mentoring new biostatisticians and providing guidance on SAS programming skills, statistical methods, and analytical techniques.

    Responsibilities

    + Participate in the statistical support of observational retrospective research studies.

    + Contribute to statistical modeling projects within the Clinical Services department.

    + Support research projects aligned with organizational goals.

    + Train and mentor new biostatisticians, providing guidance on SAS programming skills and statistical methods.

    + Conduct multivariate data analysis and manuscript preparation for studies such as CIBMTR Pan Donor and MMUD PTCy.

    + Perform data file preparation, data cleaning, and analysis for studies in various stages.

    + Engage in logistic regression and survival analysis, both multivariate and univariate.

    Essential Skills

    + Biostatistics

    + SAS programming

    + Statistical analysis

    + Clinical trial experience

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in biostatistics

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in multivariate analysis within retrospective studies

    + Logistic regression and survival analysis

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Master’s degree in Biostatistics or a closely related biomedical field with a focus on biostatistical design and analyses

    + PhD education can be substituted for years of experience, where appropriate

    + Experience in statistical analysis of data from epidemiological or clinical research studies

    Work Environment

    This role requires working independently as the biostatistical and analysis expert on the team. The Senior Biostatistician will lead statistical efforts and report directly to a supervisor. While team leadership experience is not necessary, the candidate must be open to sharing their expertise with other team members.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
