Job Title: Engineering Technician IIIJob Description
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment, components, and parts. Your role will involve investigating issues related to process control, sub and full system evaluation, and instrumentation, and suggesting effective solutions. You will analyze and repair broken printed circuit boards (PCB) and create documentation for the testing of PCB assemblies.
Responsibilities
+ Test and troubleshoot electronic equipment, components, and parts.
+ Investigate issues related to process control, sub and full system evaluation, and instrumentation.
+ Analyze and repair broken printed circuit boards (PCB).
+ Create documentation for the testing of PCB assemblies.
+ Run thermal, vibration, and vacuum system tests as well as electronic test equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 2 years of testing experience in mechanical/electronics.
+ Proficiency in Autocad, Drafting, and Design.
+ Knowledge of AS9100 standards.
+ Experience with test equipment and conducting thermal, vibration, and vacuum tests.
+ Strong skills in engineering, mechanical, blueprint reading, electronics, and troubleshooting.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced with a low volume, high mix of telecom and military devices used in navy applications. The team is based in Germany, with a possibility of being acquired by RocketLab and shifting operations. The company is focused on meeting production goals by the end of the year, and there is an option to go direct if desired.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
