We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to perform inspection, diagnostics, and repairs on production CNC machines, including various types of mills. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art machinery.
Responsibilities:
+ **Comprehensive Maintenance:** Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions following detailed checklists.
+ **Versatile Tool Use:** Utilize a wide range of tools from hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices.
+ **Electrical Expertise:** Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical, and electronic components with precision.
+ **Problem Solving:** Diagnose mechanical problems and determine effective solutions, referencing blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
+ **Fabrication Skills:** Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications to keep our machinery running smoothly.
+ **Diagnostic Testing:** Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
+ **Record Keeping:** Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts used, and analyses performed.
+ **Inventory Management:** Keep track of spare parts and manage inventory levels to ensure timely repairs.
+ **Routine Maintenance:** Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts to prevent wear and tear.
+ **Efficient Repairs:** Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
Essential Skills:
+ **Experience:** 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician working on CNC machines.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** 2+ years of experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, G-code, Mazatrol).
+ **Preventive Maintenance:** 3+ years of experience conducting preventive maintenance (PM) on CNC equipment and following a PM program.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CNC maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical repair, and maintenance repair.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
