Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in system design or in one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
+ 7 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
+ 2 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in internet technologies such as HTTP, TCP/IP, HTML, JavaScript, or Unix/Linux.
+ Experience with carrier networking infrastructure.
+ Experience with RCS, IP messaging, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and any other communication protocols.
+ Experience with mobile technology solutions/applications and iOS.
In this role, you will support the growth and adoption of the Rich Communication Services (RCS) messaging protocol. You will establish and grow technical partnerships with key ecosystem partners carriers to ensure cross-platform success. Through your technical domain expertise and partnership management skills, you will help modernize messaging for global users, ensuring they have access to advanced communication features regardless of the device or platform they use.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$263,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Serve as the technical expert for RCS messaging protocols, providing partners with guidance, support, and solutions that enhance the overall use and cross-platform integration of the technology. Troubleshoot technical issues both on network and application layer, propose solutions, and ensure partners have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
+ Serve as the link between our Engineering, Engineering Productivity, Product, and Business Development (BD) teams and our partners. Translate technical requirements and issues, drive the development of solutions that meet our partners' needs while aligning with our product objectives.
+ Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, sharing findings with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment.
