Bear Mountain Healthcare is looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative Administrator for our Hanover, NH location. The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility, including profit and loss responsibility and assuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations. The Administrator provides leadership to all facility staff in meeting the goal of providing quality patient care.

About our facility: It is our mission to provide our residents with customized rehabilitation programs to ensure optimal recovery and superior care. With 100 beds and an extensive list of amenities, we bring a new level of comfort to the care received.

Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center serves Grafton County including Lebanon and White River Junction and is conveniently located near premiere area hospitals.

Requirements:

+ Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of New Hampshire.

+ At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.

+ Demonstrated skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.

+ Established knowledge of state, local, federal, and OSHA regulations and standards.

+ Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, per NH regulations.
