JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Prepare and serve food items according to specifications in an efficient manner while displaying the highest standard of guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
• Accurately account for all revenue associated with the sale or service of food and beverage products.
• Engage guests in conversation and make their experience memorable.
• Knowledge of food storage safety.
• Completes opening prep list – ensuring all stock levels are met in venue.
• Takes orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.
• Restock venue supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on all items.
• Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, slicing meats, preparing soups or salads, and making pizzas.
• Prepare orders so that items served together are finished at the same time.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment including fryers.
• Ensure cleanliness of venue.
• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous cashier experience preferred. One-year short order or prep cook experience desired.
